excellent location clean room helpful staff
I stayed for a few nights and found the location excellent, very close to the main train station. the room was bright and clean. the staff helped me quickly when i needed something. I really appreciated their assistance.
The refrigerator in my room did not work properly. It struggled to keep drinks cold, an inconvenience.

the room was cleaned every day (with fresh towels). the beds were comfortable. the location was great and close to termini station.
shower did not have much pressure and water temperature never got very warm.

decent stay near the station
early check-in convenient location clean room loud gate wall noises inside noises
the staff let me check in early, convenient. the location is very close to the train station. rooms were clean and well-kept.
the gate made a very loud noise whenever it opened or closed. it woke me up when other guests left or entered. i also heard noises from inside the walls of adjacent rooms.
